This is a very nice picture, the colours are just right. So warm and gentle. You did a very good job combining the two pictures for the background seamlessly. The lighting is great as well, and there is so much harmony in the motive.
The hair looks very realistic, I couldn't have guessed that you painted it.

The ducklings still fell a bit out-of-place to me. Especially the rightmost one. I think their drop shadows aren't quite correct. The light is coming from behind those trees on the left side. The rightmost duckling's shadow doesn't suit this. It's as if the light were coming from the right, although this clearly isn't the case. Maybe their shadows should be a bit more fuzzy as well, considering the diffuse light.

You should also try working on the way you draw foldings of cloth. Right now they are far too fuzy, there should be more contrast and some hard edges between light and dark areas. You can easily see what I mean by searching for photographs of dresses.

The wings look too regular to me. Wings actually consist of many different kinds of feathers, to give them the stability they need for flying. Here is a chart on this: [link]
Of course there are variations in between species, but lets not make this too complicated. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
Studying some photographs of wings will also help you.

Hope I could help you a bit. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
